The staff always listen, and have given me decent service at a fair price. I have had everything from tuning/air-fuel/dyno runs, to custom mapping, parts, and help with a healthy 1198 Ducati project. They have even accomodated me on short notice and bike pickup and dropoff outside normal business hours. They get my thumbsup, business, and word-of-mouth advertising. Thanks RSBK!

Joey and Company have hooked us up for over 4 years...set up 3 track bikes, plus serviced our Ducati and MV Agusta. Outstanding service and fair prices! They don't try and sell you the most expensive parts...they explain what they are doing and help you make informed decisions. We preferred to take our bikes an hour to RBS rather than having them serviced at the store 15 minutes away. Wish we still lived in the area so we could continue to have them work on our bikes! True hometown bike store with great customer service!
Excellent service that is fair priced and you can trust is what you can expect from Richmond Superbike! They have transformed my brand new showroom leftover 2008 Kawasaki ZX6R to the 116 whp beast that it should have been from the factory. They have installed every aftermarket item possible on my bike, dyno tuned, and setup my suspension with successful results that will show on the street or track! I am extremely satisfied with their work and you can trust them with routine service intervals to custom work or anything in-between. I will not hesitate to contact them again for future service. Joey (owner), James, and Sonny are very knowledgeable and friendly. Joey always does a meet and greet and will make sure your happy after the work is completed. Alex thanks for transforming my machine into a piece of artwork that is a competitive powerhouse!! Thanks guys!!
Took my bike to these guys on recommendation of a friend. Found them to be exceptionally professional and knowledgeabe. Owner (Joey) came out to greet me and discuss my bike and what I wanted done. Very friendly and these guys know their stuff. Their service is fantastic and they go out of their way for customers. I was out of town and could not make it back in time to pick up my bike, but I was offerred to meet me there after hours to pick it up...I've never gotten service like that at the dealership! These guys are top notch!
RSB does top notch work. I bought a BMW R850R that had sat for a few years, it needed some work. Joey took my bike in, gave it a once over in the shop then called with the suggestions it needed to be safe, and a list of items that can wait for repairs. His advise saved me a lot of money as I requested work done that was not needed. RSB replaced my master cylinder, rear tire, all around brakes, engine tune up, fork seals and more. The moto runs better than I every would have imagined. Sunny and the gang are intelligent, approachable, and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend RSB for their customer service, top notch work, and reliability. I trust my baby in their hands any day. Thanks guys, see you soon

I have to say I don't understand the negative comments about Richmond Superbike. They have been doing all the work on my bike for the last two years and I can say it has been great working with them. They are a small business that genuinely loves what they are doing and it has been my experience that they truely care about their customers. On more than one occasion (yesterday being just one) Joey and team have saved me money by suggesting politely that I dont spend money on things I don't need and always look for ways to more cost effectively do the work I do need. Sometimes there is an option to an OEM replacement, maybe I go with it or maybe not but either way I am thankful their standard response isn't always the most expensive option available. Are they perfect? No, but then none of us are. Are they good folks trying to take care of their customers? All I can say is that has been my experience every time. To the folks at RSBK, thanks for all your hard work. I appreciate it.
Wow! The throttle response is smooth as butter. Please tell Betsy and Alex I said thanks for the great job. I can't wait for some decent weather (and clean roads) to give it a better shake down but on just the ride home it was night and day.
Once again you all have given me spot-on advice. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate your services. Thank you sir.
Best,
Carey
James, Betsy, Elvis, and owner, Joey, are what makes Superbike tops in my book, and I have many names in my bike repair tel. book. I've owned bikes since 1964, lived in several states, and have never been more pleased. Great service, great personalities, and great bench racing tales (all lies, mine included)==Thanks for all the help folks==Rojo sends his love and says he'll see you at VIR

Joey, Thanks again for the Duck work! Josh is still in shock..says he isn't worthy of the bike. I can't believe how great it turned out. Will send pics and video from the track.
Thanks again!

Just a thread to make anyone in the Richmond VA area aware of some great service I received. Took my 2000 Ultra to Richmond Superbike this week to get the PC III Dyno tuned. It was a great experience. I trailered the bike there and before I could get out the truck Joey the owner was out the front door to help me unload it. From that moment throughout the entire process thier professionalism and courtesy was incredible. Each member of his staff shook my hand and introduced themselves. They contacted me promptly when the bike was done (sooner then they had estimated). When I picked the bike up the tech that did the actual tuning came out and went over the dyno sheets in detail with me. The bike runs better then it ever has. The price was fair and the service along with the results were as good as it gets. It is extremely obvious that they are very well trained in what they do and take pride in it as well.

Thanks for your help today installing the front sprocket on my Z-REX.
It's nice to know you can still get that type of personal service in this day and time.
You guys rule. I have found a home with Richmond Superbike.
Sincerely,
John Miller
Just wanted to close the loop. Took "666" on first track day of season this past Monday.
Bike ran like a charm! Smooth, consistent, knocked my socks off.
What are the chances you could mail me on of your white, die-cut "richmond superbike" decals? I've got one on the left side of the bike, but need one for the right.

Dude!
Fantastic - you ARE the man! Thanks for hooking me up and taking care of the bike. 127 at the rear wheel is outstanding. I thought, stock, they were putting out 125 at the crank, so that's better than I thought. It'll be interesting to see what happens when you dyno both front and rear cylinders separately.
Thanks, my friend. Hope everyone and everything is doing well back in the beautiful U S of A!
